Whisky Single Malt Single Barrel Balvenie 15 Anni

The Whisky 15 Years by Balvenie is produced in the homonymous distillery built in 1892 of the Grant family who is still proprietary. It is definitely the most single malt craft still on the market thanks to several aspects such as growing their own barley, malting traditional distillery, the skill of the master coppersmiths for maintenance of stills and master coopers to manufacture and care of all the barrels, the skill of a great master distiller David Stewart. Annexed to the distillery extends a farm, Balvenie Mains, of 300 hectares, which provides part of the barley used. The barley is malted malting floor in the only extant in the Highlands. Balvenie 15 years has been extracted from a single traditional barrel after a single distillation. Because each barrel is slightly different from one another, have been expertly selected only those with the essential characteristics of the Single Barrel, that can make it particularly sweet and send a touch of aroma of oak, vanilla and delicate spices. It has a deep golden color and a fragrant smell of vanilla, honey and woody notes. In the mouth you feel nuances of wood (oak dry) and candied fruit. Limited edition of no more than 350 numbered bottles, so as to make each bottle unique and authentic.
