Whisky Single Malt Balblair 2005

The Whisky Balblair 2004 is a single malt whisky that has been distilled in the ancient and picturesque Balblair distillery, active since 1790 in the heart of Scottish artisan production, the Highlands. Time is the most interesting ingredient of this Scotch Whisky, which completely represents the philosophy of the distillery: designed exclusively for Travel Retail in 2014, it has been aged for 12 years in sherry casks, choosing to put in the foreground, through the name and the label, the vintage year, 2004. The processing of the spirit is natural at all, revealing itself in the choice of avoiding artificial colors, not applying the cold filtration and enhancing the aromas through the past presence in barrel other spirits. The perfection of flavors, which are balanced and complex, is the result of the craftsmanship, as the time spent aging in contact with wood soaked in sherry shows. Sherry embraces the hints of spice and leather with a rich sweetness of vanilla, coconut and honey, that persists over time warm and soft on the senses.
