The Vouvray Sec "La Dilettante" by Domaine Breton born between Tours and Saumur, in the heart of the Loire Valley, a winery founded by Catherine and Pierre Breton who made the passion for wine and the nature of their reason for living.

A charming cellar below the organic and biodynamic principles, pickings by hand, with exclusive use of indigenous yeasts, without any recourse to filtration and adding minimal doses of sulfur dioxide. We are on clay soils of Vernou sur Brenne, with a manual harvest and crushing slow, with fermentation in wooden cuves.
