Vodka Exquisite Wyborowa

The Wyborowa Exquisite Vodka is produced since the sixteenth century in Poznan, Poland, according to the rules of an ancient tradition dating back more than 500 years ago. The name itself comes from the Polish "woda" (water) to indicate its natural essence and its name in Polish means "delicious". Exported all over the world since the 50s, plays today a role as leader in the world market and is recognized internationally as Wódka superior. Wyborowa ranks among vodkas of superior quality, as it is still produced exclusively with rye, ingredient reference to the absolute quality. The rye used, harvested in summer in selected areas in north-eastern Poland, is particularly rich in starch and then breaks down more easily into fermentable sugars. The first distillation takes place in different agricultural distilleries: pure alcohol thus obtained is carefully adjusted in a single distillery in Poznan and subjected to carbon filtration. Finally, is diluted with demineralized water, to obtain the right grade. The result of the manufacturing process is a vodka of absolute transparency, with aromatic notes of grain and sesame that give way to a smooth and balanced taste with a barely perceptible sweetness, resulting from the careful process of rectification of rye. The prestige of Wyborowa has been recognized in various international competitions, including the "Monde selection" (London, 1989) and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2001), which has awarded Wyborowa double gold medal as "2001 Best vodka ".
