Sylvaner Nossing 2013

The Sylvaner of Manfred Nossing is a wine with sensual floral aromas, easy to drink thanks to its excellent flavor and freshness. Manfred Nossing, is one of the most promising producers in South Tyrol, is a young winemaker, rigorous and charismatic and produces top wines that perfectly interpret the characteristics of the variety that has been adopted. Raised in a family of farmers and ranchers, owner of the charming farm Hoandlhof, Nossing, friendly called Manni, in the1999, stopped to give his grapes to the local cooperative winery and started making wine on its own. Nowadays, thanks to the success of his white wines has been recognized the best producer of the Isarco Valley. Like the other wines from the cellar, the Sylvaner of Manfred Nossing has its roots in the 4 hectares of vineyard, in soils of glacial origin, sandy, rich in gravel and shale, a terroir characterized by sudden changes of temperature on the hills above Bolzano: ideal conditions for a wine with subtle aromas and balanced acidity. A great wine, precise vertical with an extraordinary taste balance, born from the hands of a true master of the vineyard.
