    Nino Negri was the first Valtellina winery in 1956 to produce the Sfursat with natural drying of the grapes. The 5 Star is his most prestigious Sfursat. In fact, its grandeur in the scents and flavors, its extreme softness accompanied by alcoholic vein, make it one of the greatest red wines of Lombardy. It goes well with everything that is intense and flavorful, cheese and game, maybe in dolceforte with the addition of chocolate.
