Rum English Harbour 5 Anni

English Harbour Rum 5 years is an English style rum aged in small oak ex-bourbon barrels in the island of Antigua, Caribbean. Produced by fermentation of 36 hours from molasses of first quality, the distillation takes place in a three-column continue still, with the original column 'Savalle' of 1932, year of birth of the distillery.

With a light coppery mahogany color, at the nose stands out dried fruits, spices, smoked oak and American cherry. The palate is smooth, full-bodied, with ripe apple, coconut and hints of cinnamon. The finish is long and persistent, but always sweet and harmonious. Winner of numerous awards, such as the double gold in 2004 and 2005 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the gold in 2013 at Rum Master Competition, it was also named as one of the world’s most remarkable rums in 2006 by Forbes Magazine. A must for lovers of medium-bodied rum, it will surprise even the Scotch and Brandy lovers.
