That of Le Chiuse is one of the best Rossi di Montalcino; in the glass will show immediately in all its smoothness, its entire balance, in all its intense fruity bouquet. In this climate of great historical richness born Rosso di Montalcino Le Chiuse; a Sangiovese that comes to life by three vineyards facing north, with ages ranging from 5 to 22 years. First 6 months of aging in French oak barrels and casks, we proceed to a maceration on the skins which lasts 18 days to extract the most possible elements dyes and tannin from the grape of Sangiovese. An intensity that we find in the cup, where the Rosso di Montalcino by Le Chiuse it shows in his beautiful red ruby and where can boast of offering an aromatic bouquet of rare beauty and persuasiveness.
