We can say that Elizabeth has changed the history of Maremma, a time recognized by the world of wine, but that over the years has been able to carve out a good position thanks to Morellino, the main product of the territory. The Morellino di Scansano by Fattoria Le Pupille born between Pereta and Magliano in Toscana, on vines that reach to also have more than 40 years of age; vineyards exposed to the southwest, sun-kissed and caressed by the wind, which ripen to perfection thanks to the temperature variations between day and night; vineyards located on soils rich in texture, but poor in clay. The Morellino by Fattoria Le Pupille is vinified in steel and rests in the bottle for about six months. It comes with its distinctive claret and wraps around the nose and the palate thanks to its aromas of violet and its balsamic aromas.
