Lambrusco di Sorbara 'Radice' Paltrinieri 2017

Lambrusco "Radice" by Paltrinieri is a wine re-fermented in bottle with indigenous yeasts, capable to intriguing presenting to the nose, thanks to notable fruit flavors, and austere and precise in mouth, thanks to the flavor and the perfect length. A wine extremely territorial, able to express the best of what is good in the area of Cristo, birth country. It’s in this area, in fact, that the vineyards of the winery Paltrinieri extend, in a small plot of land bordered by the rivers Secchia and Panaro, characterized by a medium soil, loose and loamy, allowing the vine to perfectly expresses. Paltrinieri Alberto, with his wife Barbara, with a confident manner leads this small agricultural reality in Emilia Romagna, has become a landmark in its territory. Alberto's experience comes from three generations of winemakers who have succeeded on this farm and now is projected to make courageous choices that result in pure wine, unique in their simplicity and great representatives of their terroir of origin. The Lambrusco "Radice" is a rare example of territoriality: clean nose of cherry and a touch salty, is elegant and supported by an excellent flavor.
