Gin Mare Mediterranean - 100cl

The Gin Mare Mediterranean is distilled in Spain from the family ride and comes from the passion of Marc and Manuel, the current third generation. It is produced through distillation process with a discontinuous alembic Fiorentino 250 liters, created especially for this production. For soaking each of the eight components botanists is added individually to two hundred liters of neutral grain spirit and water for 24-48 hours, citrus fruits are macerated for a year, then undergo the process of distillation. The distillates obtained subsequently, are mixed by the master distiller to create tasting notes typical of this gin. It is flavored with four main botanical: basil from Italy, from Greece thyme, rosemary from Turkey, Spain citrus and olive Arbequina cultivar typical of Catalonia. Alongside classic juniper, coriander, cardamom, these Mediterranean scents create a gin by typical memories of the Mediterranean coast. Aspect is transparent and crystal clear. The nose is spicy with herbal notes reminiscent of a damp pine forest and the tomato plant. It has a subtle scent of rosemary, black olives and citrus. In the mouth it is tasty, explodes juniper and fresh coriander then become bitter with spicy and herbaceous typical of rosemary and basil, which are balanced with bullets fresh citrus. Finish reminiscent green olives, basil and cardamom.
