Franciacorta Brut Saten Ferghettina 2018

Saten by Ferghettina is one of the leading products in the scenario of Franciacorta winemaking devoted to Champenoise Method. For years awarded with top prizes by the main wine guides, this Saten perfectly fits within the category of blanc de blancs (only Chardonnay grapes), showing a style that has met in recent years the taste of many, because of its velvety texture given by the low pressure of carbon dioxide. Saten arises in the heart of Franciacorta, from a selection of the best vineyards owned by Roberto Gatti, author in a few years of a very significant qualitative rise that earned him the reputation obtained today. The focus of the production is in a three levels cellar recently built in Adro, upon a hill set on a strategic position to view the surrounding vineyards. In the company Roberto is supported by his son Matteo and his daughter Laura, both graduated in oenology, by his wife Andreina, and 15 employees. Perfectly in line with the high average quality of the range Ferghettina, Satèn is a sample of creaminess and aroma, even not sparing freshness and clarity.
