The Franciacorta Pas Dosé Reserve "33" is a pure Chardonnay that comes from vines over 25 years of age, placed on a soil rich in limestone and clay; the Riserva "33" is a Pas Dosé from long aging as it remains on its lees even up to 80 months, but that still keeps its great qualities of finesse and freshness. His harmony is shown from the color, a pale yellow just mentioned and delicate; the nose is immediately characterized by very fresh and clean and offers pleasant notes of citron and mandarin, hawthorn and apple.
