The Etna Bianco "Arcuria" by Graci is the wine of Etna. The wine that probably more than any other expresses the characteristics and personality of this fantastic area; an area that fascinates many and that, year after year, always manages to surprise and excite due to the complexity and variability that is able to instill in the wines. Graci’s winery is located on the northern slope of Etna, Passopisciaro, where the wine has an old tradition; here are only cultivated grape varieties, varieties of the territory, as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Cataratto. Minimal intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar, without the use of herbicides to avoid ruining the balance and creative energy and positive that the land and subsoil are able to offer. The ultimate goal is to offer wine authentic, unique, original, territorial, keeping intact and unchanged normal and inevitable difference between vintage and the other. The Etna Bianco "Arcuria" by Graci was born Arcurìa from the vineyard, a vineyard situated between 600 and 660 meters above sea level with vines ungrafted sapling yet. Steeped in history and tradition, was born the Etna Bianco "Arcuria" by Graci which gives to those who feel the wonderful notes of citrus, grapefruit over all, and vegetables, with the sage to become the main protagonist. An Etna Bianco from a very fresh and beautiful minerality. An Etna Bianco that is the perfect summary of how the Etna able to interpret the wine that grows on its slopes.
