Dolcetto d'Alba Vajra born four vineyards set Vergne and Ravera; vines that give this wine delicacy and very drinkable. An historic winery of the Langhe, Vajra has always believed in sustainable agriculture: natural grass cover, no irrigation and thinning decided depending on the vintage. A philosophy that gives wines that are the perfect expression of the terroir of origin; harvested in the first half of September, is left to ferment for 7-15 days depending on the vintage and bottled in the following spring, where it stays for at least six months.
