Brunello di Montalcino Fattoi 2007

The Brunello di Montalcino by Fattoi is one of those wines that make us proud to be Italian, that make us understand what traditions are important to produce fully expressive wines of the area, rich in personality and character. Fattoi is an important part of the history of Tuscany, a life devoted to agriculture with passion and dedication, with the aim of promoting and spreading their roots. We are in the southern part of the territory of Montalcino, on vineyards located at 350 meters above sea level, on a soil rich in sand and clay; the splendid terroir is completed by a climate with hot summers and mild winters. The Brunello di Montalcino by Fattoi is harvested by hand at the beginning of October and fermented in stainless steel soaking for 15-20 days; aging is important for those with a minimum of 5 years of which at least 3 in oak barrels and French oak barrels. We are faced with a Brunello di Montalcino of great importance that shows a brilliant ruby red color and intense, where you begin to see the classic garnet. The scent that gives us is large and airy, with elegant notes of wild berries, dried fruit and spices. It's a Brunello of great substance, which highlights all its tasty grain and energy.
