The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in stainless steel and cement vats where spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place with \u003cstrong\u003ebrief maceration on the skins\u003c\/strong\u003e. Elevation continues for a few months between steel and cement before bottling, which takes place without clarifying or filtering the mass.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\"Alberese\" Rosso from the Tuscan winery Fattoria di Sammontana has a pale red hue with purple reflections.
