{"product_id":"pinot-grigio-bressan-2010","title":"Pinot Grigio Bressan 2010","description":"The Pinot Grigio by Bressan borns from the love for the land that Fulvio and his family grow by almost three hundred years; were in 1726 the first associations between family Bressan, with the founder Giacomo, and the noble winemaking activities. A story that has been enriched with the passing of decades and that today sees Fulvio and his wife Jelena to lead a company that is making history of Friuli. Nine generation, but the philosophy and the way we produce the wine is always the same: to be guardians of a territorial reality and productive one, respecting nature and taking in the cup with as much expression as possible. We are in Farra d'Isonzo, in the splendid setting where the Alpi Giulie create a natural barrier and protect it from the cold northern winds, while the nearby Isonzo and the Adriatic Sea give way to warm breezes from the South mitigating climate, softening the cold winters and giving the grapes reach full maturity a few days earlier than those vineyards that are more distant from the river Isonzo. Drinking Pinot Grigio Bressan means taking a trip between the values of this family: the land, the vineyard, the sensitivity, the wine. Bressan not follow trends, Bressan does not like organic or biodynamic certification, Fulvio loves his work and listen to what your heart tells, what before he did the rest of the family for nine generations. Strict rules in the vineyard, manual selection massale screws, manual pruning, personal cultivation of the vineyard without the use of synthetic chemicals, use of natural fertilizers, no irrigation, manual harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no use of filtration. Bressan in the field of wine is a security: its wines are the full expression of the territory, they have a great character. The Pinot Grigio is the perfect synthesis of what we like to define as a \"real wine\" that was born on a soil rich in iron, but poor in organic substances; the vines are from 1990 and are exposed to the South. After a manual harvesting and a gentle pressing, the mosto is left to ferment for 20-25 days on the lees in stainless steel; stop here between 12 and 15 months before being bottled and continue his rest in cellars. The result is a Pinot Grigio from the beautiful structure, which is striking for its elegance and its aromatic bouquet that space from anise to dry hay, to lead us then to the hull of the walnut and toasted almonds. The Pinot Grigio by Bressan: a trip into pleasure with no boundaries.","brand":"Bressan","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":43733408317487,"sku":"10V05212","price":20.9,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/checkout-stage.callmewine.dk\/products\/pinot-grigio-bressan-2010","provider":"Callmewine Stage World","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
